BIBM won't read or write to a drive

I converted from Win 7 to Win 10 last August. (Big mistake, maybe.) Since then neither BIBM v 1.30 or IFW v 2.95 can read or write to my image drive. They can see the files but can't read the data. IFW won't make an image, either. They both can "see" the files. Any ideas what may be wrong? The drive is only 60% full or so. It's a 2 TB drive.
