I currently have in BIBM 1.26 the BIBM dedicated partition as a primary partition on HD0. Can the BIBM dedicated partition be on another hard drive, such as HD1 ? If so how do I tell BIBM to use a primary partition on HD1 rather than HD0 from the BIBM bootup screen ?

yes, you do a manual install to that location. If you want to retain your
settings, you can copy the partition over, then do a reinstall/upgrade
(manual selection) to that partition, once done with that and you reboot,
you can delete the on on HD0 (you can confirm properties in partition work
doesn't say BootIt is using that partition).
