Adding BootIT BM to a bootable DOS floppy

Is there a way to add BootIt BM to a bootable DOS or FreeDOS floppy image that contains other similar in purpose popular programs for PC service?
In particular, once BootIt BM environment is started from a larger FreeDOS floppy image loaded to RAM, how to exit BootIT BM to FreeDOS & DOS Command Prompt instead of rebooting the entire system from it? That would allow to start other service programs from the same floppy image during the same session without reboot.
Any TB tool can be used to add such a shortcut "Exit to DOS" to BootIt BM & TBOS desktop? May be changing Autoexec.bat command loading BootIT BM from FreeDOS can help?
Is it possible for the BootIt author to add "EXIT from TBOS" button to BootIt BM GUI just like similar EXIT button is available in Image for DOS?
Also, how to fix the script that starts IFD from BootIt BM environment (IFD button on TBOS desktop), so it can exit BootIt BM and start IFD in BootIt BM environment that was launched from DOS?
