Linux Mint 17 Unlimited Partition Gets Error

I successfully install Linux Mint 17 on a partition
I followed your proper install guide: http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/kb/article.php?id=281
Yes I have tick "Limit Primaries" prior to install.
Everything's fine. BootIT BM is working after the install. I'm able to boot into Linux Mint 17.
But when I allow more than 4 primary partitions upon boot I get the following error:
Error: Unknown filesystem
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue>
And then when I "Limit Primaries" again I'm able to boot once again.
I had Mint 15 working fine with unlimited partitions before. WHY? Really wants to know whats going on.
I really want to have unlimited multiple OS side by side with Linux Mint 17.
Help help please
