BIBM and WinPE

Postby aladdin » Tue Dec 24, 2013 2:02 am

I don't want to install BIBM on my machines, I want to use it as "Partition Work".

So, is there a way to create a WinPE for BIBM and then with EasyBCD, I can have it available as boot menu during boot.

Best regards,

Boot it from the boot disk when you want to use it or install it and it will
be available to use (you can have it automatically boot to windows).

I have a beautiful Metro (Windows 8.1) boot menu. With EasyBCD, I have created multiple boot during boot. See the attached image for how it looks. Would installing BIBM:

1. Ruin my beautiful Metro (Windows 8.1) boot menu?

2. Allow me to boot into other items shown in the attached image?

No, you can continue to have that come up if you like and even create a
better looking menu.

Yes, you can setup to boot "files" through the BCD several ways, multi-boot
support (copies files), scripting on boot to copy / modify files or entries
or registry as needed, etc.. it's very powerful. Keyboard support is there
too if the OS doesn't eat it first. And you can also install other OSes
and keep everything separate without Windows being involved at all.
