Row of Zeros in MBR

The computer at issue is single-boot Windows XP Pro 32-bit. It has three NTFS partitions:

1. Main - Drive C
2. Data - Drive D
3. Data - Drive E

The Drive E partition was originally the bootable partition, but I set it inactive, restored the new bootable/active partition (Drive C) from an image, and created the new data partition (Drive D) for storage. During the process, I renamed the partitions and moved them up and down. (The active partition was showing up as the third partition, so I moved it to the first place.) After I finally got the boot.ini file correctly configured, the computer boots. However, now there is a row of zeros in the MBR. The row will move up and down like a regular partition, but it cannot be deleted. How can I get rid of it?

you can't, that is an empty slot - there are 4 slots in the MBR.

Then it looks like things are working well. I guess I never noticed the zeros before.
