Win 8 File System

Postby Ed Smith » Thu Sep 19, 2013 4:55 pm

I am using Bare Metal v1.20 released 08-12-13.

What file system do you select for Windows 8.0 and Windows 8.1 Preview ?

Would we still use 7/7h: HPFS/NTFS ?

I did use that file system when I installed Windows 8.0 on another partition
when it came out.

I have seen that Windows 8 has a new files system and they call it the
"Resilient File System (ReFS)"
but don't see that listed in Bare Metal.

Thanks,
Ed.
