Insert media 1 error

I make a weekly backup of my HD. This week I encountered a problem and wanted to revert to a backup from 4 weeks ago. I made a backup of my present system, called it Pre-Repair.tbi, and made my reinstall of the older system. Everything went fine, I fixed the problem, and made a Post-Repair.tbi backup. Now I wanted to look at the Pre-Repair file with TBI View to see if there was anything else I needed to add from my old system. TBI View comes up with an error message "Insert media 1 containing file E:\Pre-Repair.tbi" I also get this message with the Post-Repair file. If I look at my older auto-backups, they are readable. I looked at my permissions and made sure Bob-Laptop/administrator was added to the Pre-Repair file. I am the only user so there are no other users in the control panel. The auto-backups are made with IFW and the backups I'm trying to read were made with BBM. Would this make a difference? I went back into BBM and verified the files and they are okay but I can't read them in Windows 7 with TBI View. What is my problem?
Thanks
