CD Command works only with short filenames

CD command dont work for filenames including spaces Eg CD Program Files
Ressult of this command will give error
I know the CD progra~1 (Short filename) but its very difficult to locate the folder you looking in a directory
full of short filenames.
How can i access directories like that by giving the full name?
